UK Deliveries

 We take delivery details when orders are placed. Please ensure the information provided is correct. We ship using DHL Express, who get in touch with a delivery ETA or delivery window via text, offer varying delivery options depending on the nature of the commission and your requirements.

London Collection

 We’re always happy for clients to come and collect their finished pieces. Our studio is based at Blackhorse Workshop, a community-driven makers’ space. On site we have the lovely Blackhorse Workshop Café, as well as the showroom of sustainable timber supplier Fallen & Felled. It’s a great day for a bite, some sourcing, or to explore the many courses on at Blackhorse.

Courier Delivery

 Depending on the nature of your commission, it may be best to hire a courier for your delivery. We use Gophr, providing our customers with an ETA upon the courier setting off. The courier will get in touch via telephone upon arrival to the final location. They do not bring items inside, so please account for this should you choose this service. Courier delivery is only available for London-based customers.

White Glove Delivery

 For larger deliveries, we recommend our white glove service. We will deliver and install the commission into the required room or space, removing any packing materials. White glove delivery is only available for London-based customers. 

International Deliveries

We ship our work internationally. The delivery address and access information should be made clear at the point of enquiry so the cost can be included in our quotations and invoices. Import duty is additional to the cost of delivery and will be invoiced once delivery has been made.
