As all of our work is made-to-order, we are unable to accepts returns or administer refunds. We make sure to resolve any questions or concerns regarding delivered orders.

Our non-refundable policy includes ex-display items. Ex-display items may have cosmetic damage, having been displayed in pop-ups or exhibitions. We share all relevant details about each item’s condition ahead of every sale.

Please note, we use high-quality timber that is full of variation in colour and tone. As a natural material, it is full of character by way of grain variations, knots, and markings. These are not defects, but more ways in which the products you purchase from us are one-of-a-kind.

We make sure to carefully package our work. That said, s*** happens. Upon delivery, please make sure to inspect the received item. Anything broken from delivery is insured to be replaced. We will give you an updated lead time should this occur.
